    Jabatan Perkhidmatan Komputer Negeri Sabah represents Malaysia in FutureGov Awards 2012

    Established 2007, FutureGov Awards is a top public sector excellence recognition in the Asia Pacific region. The government technology awards celebrates the programmes of the region’s most successful government, education and healthcare organisations. It is an international benchmark by which public sector innovation is judged – uniquely celebrating agency and project success. For 2012, the awards
    received hundreds of nominations from organisations throughout Asia.

    In the Information Security category, a little civil service department from Sabah called Jabatan Perkhidmatan Komputer Negeri has been named as one of the 5 shortlisted organisations, in effect representing Malaysia, for the 2012 awards. The other organisations are from South Korea, Indonesia, Thailand and Sri Lanka.
