Typhoon Peipah: cause of the cool weather in Sabah in the last few days
November 8th, 2007According to the Meteorological Department, the rain and cool wind experienced in the last 2 days were caused by Typhoon Peipah which struck northwestern Philippines, and which is now moving away.
