I have handled smaller tasks before, and this is a new level for me. Having handled this one relatively well, I can now set my sights higher. Of course handling international events would be a massive undertaking - I'd need a whole team of assistants. I would need the experience of handling national-level events (eg, Miss Malaysia/Universe pageant) first before taking on that challenge is even plausible. To me, the ultimate experience would be if I were in charge of handling the dignitaries attending the funeral of Pope John Paul II. Even before official invitations were sent, already 200 countries wanted to send their reps to the funeral. When it took place on 8th April 2005, it was (and still is) the largest gathering of statesmen in history, surpassing the funeral of Winston Churchill in 1965! What a massive task that must have been. To have an idea of its scale: the US delegation had 5 official reps (God knows how many in the whole entourage): Prez Bush & the first lady, Condi Rice, former president Bush and former president Clinton. Then the UK delegation also had 5 reps: Prince Charles, Prime Minister Blair & wife, Michael Howard (UK opposition leader) and Charles Kennedy (Liberal Democrat Party leader). Very very high level indeed - and that is just from 2 countries!!! The seating was of course arranged according to diplomatic protocol, but still it's quite impossible to separate arch-enemies very far!
