Halo phenomenon / 22 degree halo on 11th October 2007 as seen outside concrete jungles
October 11th, 2007All the photos in blog posts I’ve seen about the halo phenomenon today have apparently been taken in and around buildings.
Here are my takes, closer to nature.

This is the second, bigger halo. If it’s a normal rainbow, it would be inverted.

Unfortunately, when I took this picture (almost 2pm) it was already fading away.
By 3pm it was barely visible.

I seen it around 2pm… I wanted to get my camera, but I said, there will be many others snapping at it…
So it really did come out on TV3? When he called me 1 sth he said it might be featured tonight. I didnt watch the news cos got rosary prayer at home. The video I could’ve taken myself – but some of the videos they have are *really* interesting, but not recommended to put on youtube…

Yeah.. saw n took photo too with my cheap camera. i took just outside my garage.
Nice pics~! By the time I saw it, the halo was already fading..
