Google Desktop issue: filling up hard disk space
November 23rd, 2006By default, installs in C drive.
I was shocked recently to find I only have about 50MB left on that drive, and that GDS’s index took more than 3GB.
Solution: move the index files to another drive which has more space.
I used TweakGDS to do this: http://desktop.google.com/plugins/tweakgds.html
